EDUCATION COMMITTEE TEAM

The Education Committee wants you!!
The Sacramento Chapter of SGMP’s Education Committee has three areas of concentration:

  • Annual Education Conference
  • Monthly Program, and
  • Registration
Each of these areas has its own committee so members can focus on these unique tasks.

The monthly Program Committee is committed to presenting monthly educational programs to benefit both planners and suppliers. We on the committee
Send RFPs out and select sites for monthly meetings

  • Select and negotiate speakers
  • Choose monthly program topics
  • Programs content and format
  • Programs goals and objectives
  • Evaluation forms - - collecting, reviewing and reporting

The Registration Committee

  • Name tags
  • Registration sheets


The Annual Education Conference Committee will plan and execute the Sacramento SGMP Chapter’s Annual Education Conference. We will arrange for a site, decide on topics, gather speakers, and conduct an event that is useful to the planners and suppliers we serve.
