The Membership Committee consists of three key components Recruitment, Retention and New Member Development. These components are essential to our Chapter. Committee members are strong, active Chapter members.
Recruitment:
This sub-committee is committed to recruiting new members
— Organizes and conducts membership drive
— Outreach to other organizations promoting SGMP and the benefits to them

Retention: This sub-committee will ensure continued membership and participation of current members through consistent outreach programs.
— Makes renewal calls and follows up on dropped members
— Seeks out and implements membership outreach

New Member Development: This sub-committee will help educate new members about SGMP, as well as, help them become more active by making them feel welcome in our Chapter.
— Organizes and conducts new member orientation twice a year
— Create new member packets
